Knowing where your food comes from is easier in the summer.

Farmer's Markets are everywhere.

I love Farmer's Markets.

As a little girl, my favorite activity on Saturday morning was to go with my mom to the Farmer's Market.  Veggies, flowers, fresh made bread, and hand-made crafts were everywhere.

As an adult, May-October the Farmers Market is part of my weekly routine.

When I go to the Grocery Store...there are so many choices.

Where did that food come from?
Be a food detective...
What questions can we ask?

Does the food magically appear in the store?
Do the apples grow in the produce bins?
Does the cereal box get packaged on the shelf?
Does the meat naturally come in plastic packages?

How did you celebrate Cesar's Birthday?
